On March 15, 2024, Andrew Lipman informed Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) that he has decided to retire from the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”) and
will not stand for re-election to the Board at the Company’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The Company and Board extend their gratitude to Mr. Lipman for his contributions and many years of service on the Board.
